Basement Windows, Doors and Stairs in Mississauga

A bedroom in the basement needs a window large enough to climb through in an emergency. We cut the foundation wall, install a support lintel, set the window, add a window well with a drain and finish the opening. The same window also brings natural light into dark rooms.

A window well keeps soil away from the glass and drains water away from the wall. We install wells with proper depth, drains, covers and steps or a ladder, and we repair wells that leak.

A separate entrance gives a basement apartment or in-law suite its own front door. We design and build walk-up and walkout entrances, including stairs, retaining walls, drainage and a landing, and we install the exterior door and lighting. Entrances that change the structure need a permit, and we prepare it.
